Description
The objective of the Technical Account Manager role is to provide a consistent primary technical contact within our client who will work with their customers to understand the ongoing technical and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical reviews, evangelize new product features, and ensure prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
- Guarantee the technical aspects of all customer projects (both new and ongoing) by providing the necessary documentation and technical guidance
- Undertake detailed account planning with Key Account Manager
- Act as Customer champion by maintaining a comprehensive overview of all existing / new projects and escalation point for any issues
- Explore and drive new business opportunities
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 to 7yrs + experience providing mission critical software solutions to the telecommunications industry (Priority will be givent to candidates with experience delivering solutions into Verizion Wireless.)
- Excellent understanding of both web architecture and network operator technologies together with the latest trends in mobile 2.0
- Proven track record in the delivery of complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communications skills and ability to present to CXX level in key accounts
