Our client is seeking an SEO manager to identify and manage emerging SEO opportunities for their site and their partner / publisher network.  The right candidate for this role enthusiastically eats, breathes and sleeps SEO, is pro-active, detail-oriented, and hardworking, and thrives in a high performance, team-oriented environment.  The SEO Manager is a full time, in-house position.

  • Identify, prioritize and manage SEO opportunities and projects relating to site architecture, URL structure, redirects, content, title tags, internal linking, site maps, compliancy issues, natural link building and site maps.
  • Serve as team expert for search engine optimization opportunities and projects.
  • Work with the Community Manager to optimize the use of social assets and strategies as they pertain to SEO.
  • Responsible for analyzing, recommending and implementing improvements to meet online search marketing ROI and growth targets.
  • Manage target keyword portfolio and produce detailed campaign performance analysis and presentations as required.
  • Stay abreast of updates in search engine algorithms, competitive landscape and the industry to develop winning strategies.



  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Search Engine Optimization in an enterprise environment or for an agency.
  • A natural passion for Search Engine Optimization elements and techniques.
  • Experience with optimizing dynamic content for database driven web sites.
  • Fluent in HTML, HTML5 a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with jQuery, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, ASP
  • Expert MS Office, Google Analytics, and Webmaster tools is a must.
  • Understanding of server side elements and resolution techniques for 300, 400, 500 errors,
  • Detailed understanding of .htaccess and robots.txt etc.
