Position Description:

This role is responsible for developing and producing marketing and communications tools to serve the needs of our client’s worldwide sales and business development teams. The Marketing Communications Manager works closely with the corporate and product marketing teams to drive global marketing initiatives and programs in support of revenue goals. S/he is also responsible for managing the “look and feel” and brand guidelines while applying them creatively and consistently to the production of simple yet effective communications vehicles across all geographic regions.



  • Design, manage and execute awareness campaigns from beginning to end, with the goal of building global industry visibility through visual and verbal communications and supporting the sales, product marketing and executive teams
  • Manage the company’s public website, employee intranet and partner portal, making it easy for the sales and business development teams to find information required to successfully close business with customer and partners; contribute to the development and execution of the company’s website strategy
  • Lead and coordinate event planning and logistics, including webinars, customer events and industry trade shows
  • Support the development of the communications strategy and the field marketing goals of the regional sales teams
  • Manage collateral development and production, including multimedia sales presentations and product literature, customer case studies and testimonials, and product demonstrations
  • Develop and manage reporting metrics for return on investment (ROI) and overall program effectiveness


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – e.g., Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design
  • Minimum five to seven years’ experience in corporate and/or agency marketing communications
  • Industry experience in telecommunications, networking and/or mobile/wireless
  • Hands-on experience in managing large events and trade shows
  • A strong track record of supporting global sales teams
  • Demonstrated visual and verbal creativity, with the ability to consistently execute and deliver on time and on budget
  • Working familiarity with presentation, graphic design and collaborative software tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator)
  • A self-starter who gets the job done with minimal supervision
